Ciprian E. Paltineanu is a seasoned banker and investor with over 20 years of extensive experience in corporate finance, investment management, private equity, and corporate and investment banking across various countries like Romania, CEE, USA, and the UK.
His specialties include general management encompassing investment banking, corporate banking, and energy sectors. He has served as a non-executive director in investment management, energy, and IT&C fields and possesses expertise in corporate and investment banking with a focus on sales management. Additionally, he is well-versed in FinTech as an advisor and investor, operates within emerging markets in banking, advisory, and investment management realms, and holds proficiency in fixed income, financing, structured lending, foreign exchange, derivatives, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, private equity, extractive industry investments, environmental services, and agribusiness.
Ciprian Paltineanu completed his Master of Business Administration in Management and Finance at Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business and pursued education at IMD Business School, Academia de Studii Economice Din BucureΘti, and IAE Lille.
He holds prominent positions within various organizations, currently serving as the CEO and Chairman of the Board at INSPET SA. Previously, he was a Board Member at the Romanian Fintech Association, a Member at TechAngels Romania, and Co-Founder at WOLF-e.
