Cinthia Gaban

Cinthia Gaban is an accomplished finance professional with a diverse background in education, research, and consultancy. She studied at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and earned a corporate finance degree from Profuturo – Fia – Mbas Internacionais. She also holds a bachelor's in public administration from FGV EAESP.

Throughout her career, Cinthia has demonstrated a passion for education and has actively participated in creating solutions to help students succeed. She is a co-founder of the education start-up, Professores de Plantão, which aims to provide educational resources to students across Brazil.

Cinthia has also worked at major financial organizations such as HSBC, Itaú Unibanco, and Caixa Econômica Federal. Her roles have included corporate research, product development, and private pension management. Additionally, she has contributed to responsible investment practices as a former coordinator of the Group of Engagement at Principles for Responsible Investment.
