Cindy Yang is an experienced technical writer with a background in creating end-user documents for software/hardware products. Her proficiency spans across tools like ArborText, FrameMaker, Adobe, and Office. She actively engages in usability studies and contributes to process refinement, with a keen interest in crafting training guides. Cindy's specialties include editing, usability, content quality, DITA, layout, product testing, and training. She pursued her BSc in Computer Science at York University.
