During her time as the Director of Leadership at the Dallas Regional Chamber, she implemented innovative strategies for leadership programs, which helped generate more revenue and impact. Cindy's tenure as a Senior Specialist of Community Relations at American Airlines helped her to oversee employee assistance foundations, fundraisers, and charitable giving programs. Her expertise in community relations and employee development has made her a valuable asset at American Airlines, even amid a pandemic that negatively impacted the travel industry. She is currently a Senior Analyst of AAdvantage Co-Brand Partnerships, wherein she manages marketing initiatives, digital applications, and lifecycle communications for the salesforce to grow the card membership for the Barclays AAdvantage Aviator Mastercard.
