Cindy Guan

Cindy Guan is an accomplished legal professional with a strong educational background. She pursued her Juris Doctor (J.D.) at Harvard Law School, where she honed her legal skills. Prior to that, she obtained a B.A. with Phi Beta Kappa honors and University Distinction from Stanford University. Additionally, she expanded her expertise by studying International Humanitarian Law at the University of Oxford.

Cindy has held various roles in prestigious organizations, showcasing her diverse experience and capabilities. She served as the Senior Counsel, Litigation at Coinbase, demonstrating her proficiency in handling complex legal matters. She also contributed as a Legal Secondee at Meta, gaining valuable insights into different aspects of the legal field. Earlier in her career, she worked as an Associate at Latham & Watkins, where she sharpened her legal acumen. Cindy also gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at the United States Attorney's Office and as a Summer Associate at Latham & Watkins.
