Cindy Gilbert

Cindy Gilbert is a dynamic professional currently leading the higher education catalysts team at VentureWell. In her role, she spearheads the planning, development, and execution of VentureWell’s institutional change initiatives, with a focus on faculty support encompassing funding, training, and communities of practice. She oversees key programs such as the faculty grants program, supported by The Lemelson Foundation, and the Frontier Set program, backed by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Cindy is also actively involved in advancing VentureWell’s sustainability efforts through programs like the Engineering for One Planet program.
