Cindy Fredrick

Cindy Fredrick, M.Ed., is a highly regarded leader in higher education and community-based organizations, known for her transformational work and passion for achieving ambitious goals.

With a wealth of experience in non-profit management, constituent engagement, fundraising, strategic planning, and board development, Cindy excels in navigating complex organizational structures.

As an entrepreneur and change agent, she has successfully led three start-up organizations, including the first Alzheimer's unit in Northern California and UVA's alumni and parent engagement office.

Cindy's problem-solving skills, creativity, and adaptability are key strengths that she brings to her work, fostering innovation and positive change in the organizations she serves.

A seasoned presenter, Cindy has shared her expertise at numerous local, state, and national events, garnering recognition such as the prestigious Council for Advancement and Support of Education's CASE Crystal Apple Award for Teaching Excellence.

In addition to her professional roles, Cindy is actively engaged in various board positions and volunteer activities, contributing to organizations like the United Way, Center Nonprofit Excellence, and many others.

Cindy holds a Master's in Educational Administration from California State University-Sacramento, a Bachelor of Social Work from Luther College, and additional certificates in Fundraising Management, Recreational Activities, and Nursing Assistants.
