She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Information Systems from Loyola University Chicago.

Currently, Cierra Valor serves as the Product Growth & Operations Manager at Tempus Labs, Inc., having previously held roles as an Engineering Team Lead and Data Warehouse Architect at the same organization.

Prior to her tenure at Tempus Labs, Cierra has gained valuable experience at Aptitive, where she worked in various roles such as Managing Consultant - Data & Analytics, Senior Consultant - Technical Team Lead + Solution Architect, Consultant - Data Architect, and Associate Consultant - Data Engineer.
