Ciara Crawford

Ciara Crawford is an accomplished Product Designer, honored with prestigious awards like Emerging Product Designer of the Year at the European Product Design Awards 2019 and Platinum Prize Winner in Transportation, Aircraft/Aerospace category at the same awards ceremony.

With a degree in Product Design and Technology from the University of Limerick, Ciara combines efficiency, hard work, and talent to excel in the design industry. She leveraged her student placement at Ohshima Ireland Ltd. to delve into aircraft design, leading her to focus her final year project on enhancing aircraft accessibility.

Ciara's innovative work includes the creation of the Row 1 airport/aircraft wheelchair, addressing the needs of passengers often overlooked in design processes. Her contributions to the field have earned her recognition as a Crystal Cabin Award finalist in 2020/21.

Having worked as a lead professional and freelance Product Designer at Conjure Inc., based in Chicago, Ciara has demonstrated her creativity by developing a new furniture range that is now in production. Her design philosophy centers on crafting products that foster meaningful experiences and strong connections between brands and users.

Proficient in various design areas such as Product, Aircraft, Interior, Set, and Furniture Design, Ciara's skills include mastery of tools like Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Solidworks 3D CAD, and rendering software Keyshot. She excels both independently and as part of a team, showcasing her ability to thrive in dynamic work environments.

Currently seeking new design and creative opportunities, Ciara Crawford is open to remote positions and eagerly awaits the chance to apply her expertise and passion to innovative projects.
