Chung Ng

Chung Ng is a co-founder and the Chief Experience Officer (CxO) of ROKKAN, a New York-based advertising agency with a global presence. Responsible for customer experience, experience design, finance, and operations, Chung has overseen ROKKAN's significant growth and expansion to four cities, 200+ employees, revenue growth of 25-50% YoY, and 100MM+ revenue.

Chung's creativity and innovation in customer experience have led to several groundbreaking projects such as Seat View for Virgin America, Travel Ribbon for JetBlue, and the Looking Engine for One and Only Resorts. He also played a pivotal role in ROKKAN's acquisition by Publicis Groupe, the third-largest advertising company globally, with over 77,000 employees and 9.5 BN revenue annually.
