Chung Lip MPH, CHES®, BS, BSN, RN

Chung Lip is a highly accomplished public health professional with a passion for helping communities in need. He holds a Master of Public Health degree in Population and Family Health with an Infectious Disease Epidemiology Certificate from Columbia University School of Public Health and is a Certified Health Education Specialist by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing. Chung is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree at Mount Aloysius College to further expand his clinical skills in providing care to patients. With years of extensive experience working with individuals living with HIV/AIDS in Cambodia and providing services to LGBTQ youth in New York City, Chung has developed strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. His areas of interests and specialties include health education, infectious disease prevention, LGBTQ+ community services and outreach, food inspection, program evaluations and implementations, and training of trainers.

Chung has also held various roles such as AHEC Scholar at the National AHEC Organization, Crisis Counselor at Crisis Text Line and Summer Public Health Program Facilitator at Columbia University in the City of New York. Additionally, he was a former Graduate Student, Graduate Student Recruitment Ambassador, and President of Association of Justice and Health at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.
