Chukwudi Ejiofor

Chukwudi Ejiofor, MBA, is a graduate of Andrews University with a Master of Business Administration in Management and Spanish Studies. With a diverse background, he has honed skills in team building, strategic analysis, and Spanish language proficiency gained both domestically in Michigan and internationally in Argentina.

Currently, Chukwudi works at Andrews University in the Human Resource Department, overseeing daily operations related to employee integration within the system and addressing HR inquiries concerning employment and benefits.

In the past, he has held positions at Lakeland Hospitals in the Patient Accounting department, fulfilling roles such as Patient Financial Advocate, where he interacted with patients regarding financial matters and served as a key point of contact.

Chukwudi's professional journey includes various roles as a farmhand, factory laborer, sanitation engineer, and maintenance worker, which have instilled in him values of work ethic, integrity, and accountability that he deems essential for effective leadership.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Chukwudi finds enjoyment in activities like reading, songwriting, basketball, cooking, staying updated on new technology trends, and having an interest in Wall Street.

His academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Spanish Studies, in addition to studying Spanish and Iberian Studies at Universidad Adventista del Plata.

Chukwudi's experience spans working as a Human Resources Assistant at Andrews University, a Patient Financial Advocate at Spectrum Health, a Patient Access Representative, and a Patient Registrar at Lakeland Health. He has also interned as an Administrative Assistant at Universidad Adventista del Plata.
