Chuck Zdrojowy, also known as LION, is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in logistics, reverse logistics, and supply chain management. He has a successful track record of managing start-ups, driving business transformations, and implementing cost-saving initiatives across various industries, including retail, high-tech, liquidation, and consulting.

With over two decades of experience, Chuck has demonstrated expertise in truckload, LTL, and parcel environments, along with pallet pick, case pick, pick & pack, and delivery management for B2B and B2C companies. His management efforts cover distribution centers of over one million square feet with more than 400 team members operating in multiple states.

Chuck's most recent role was as a Senior Program Manager at Tempur-Sealy International, where he oversaw reverse logistics and waste management and recycling initiatives. He developed and implemented several programs that led to an average of $10 million cost savings per year.

Chuck is a respected founder of Supply Chain Network International (SCNI) and other social media communities with a focus on businesses. As a founding partner of SoMeCon, Chuck is an advocate of leveraging social media tools for business growth and SCM professionals' education.
