Chuck Williams holds multiple professional certifications, including MBA, PMP, CISSP, GSLC, CSSLP, MCSE, CRISC, CDPSE, and LEPC. He is currently the Deputy Director of Information Technology and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the City of Chesapeake, a position he has held since November 2015. His role involves overseeing the city's IT operations and leading various technology initiatives.

With over 20 years of experience in business technology leadership, Williams has a strong background in project management and IT strategy. He has previously served as a volunteer IT team lead for Chesapeake NetGuard, focusing on disaster preparedness and recovery efforts. Additionally, he has held leadership roles in project management, including a past presidency at the PMI Hampton Roads Chapter.1
