He obtained his B.S. in Business Administration, with a focus on Management Information Systems, from Tennessee Technological University. Chuck also attended John Overton High School and Franklin Road Academy.

Throughout his career, Chuck has held various significant positions in reputable organizations, showcasing his expertise and leadership abilities.

His professional journey includes serving as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Director of Talent Acquisition at Syndigo. Prior to Syndigo, Chuck was the Practice Lead for Information Technology and Gaming at ThinkingAhead.

In addition to his roles at Syndigo and ThinkingAhead, Chuck has also contributed to the success of InfoAdvantage as the VP of Sales.

Before reaching executive positions, Chuck gained valuable experience as a Systems Analyst at Deloitte & Touche and Service Merchandise.
