Chuck Apelian

Chuck Apelian is a seasoned Graphic Arts and Marketing Professional, a veteran Land Use Consultant, and a Political Advisor.

He currently holds the position of Vice Chairman of Community Board #7 Queens and Commissioner of NYC Civic Engagement Commission. Additionally, he serves as the President of the Clinton Democratic Club of Northeast Queens.

Chuck has chaired several significant NYCitywide initiatives, including the approval of Land Use Policy for various projects such as Willets Point Rezoning, College Point Corporate Park Special District, Ten Neighborhood Contextual Rezonings, and the New York City Police Academy.

His specialties lie in Printing and Graphics Sales, focusing on producing Collateral, Event, and Promotion materials. His expertise spans across Retail Franchise Development, Cosmetics and Fashion, Sports Marketing, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals, and Realty Development.

Chuck Apelian pursued his BSCE at Polytechnic University.

Throughout his career, he has held several key positions such as President at the Clinton Democratic Club of Northeast Queens, Commissioner at NYC Civic Engagement Commission, and EVP Sales at Irene Hermann Incorporated, Prestone Printing, Tanaseybert, and Quality House of Graphics. Additionally, he held VP Sales roles at Walker Pioneer Moss and Litho Masters. Moreover, he also served as a Civil Engineer - VP New Development Land Land Use Feasibility at Levitt and Sons.
