Chu 周文森

Chu Wen Sen 周文森, PMP is a result-oriented professional with extensive experience in the Life Insurance Industry.

Currently, he holds the position of Manager in the Finance Accounts, Operations, and Systems department at GREAT EASTERN, where he leads a team in providing support to the finance department for financial system and process improvement.

Chu Wen Sen has a strong expertise in process discovery, standardization, automation, and improvement, as well as project management for setting strategic direction and tactical implementation.

He is also skilled in change management through education and communication, and has been involved in various finance transformation projects such as ARAP Reconciliation Project, RPA setup and coordination, Effective Document Management Initiative (EDMI), and IFRS17 Implementation.

Known for his enthusiasm and energy, Chu Wen Sen is dedicated to achieving faster, better, and cost-effective processes in the workplace.

His technical skills include Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Standardization & Improvement, Project Strategic & Tactical Management, Change Management, Life Insurance Accounting & Reporting, IFRS17 Implementation, Oracle Financial System, IBM AS400 System (Insurance System), System Enhancement Planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Account Payable & Account Receivable Reconciliation.

Chu Wen Sen graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Malaya and a Bachelor of Management (Honours) with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics, achieving a CGPA of 3.84 from Universiti Sains Malaysia.

Throughout his career, he has held various roles at GREAT EASTERN, starting as an Internship Trainee at Intel Corporation. He then progressed to roles such as Associate in Finance System Support, Assistant Manager in Finance Accounts, Operations, and Systems, and currently as a Manager.
