She is a seasoned change agent renowned for her successful implementation of programs catering to diverse areas such as mental health, substance use, chronic disease, at-risk children, the aging population, and community health.

Chrystal holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University and a Master's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida.

She currently owns CMB Training & Educational Services and has previously held positions at prestigious organizations like the Georgia Department of Human Services, Spectrum Health Systems, Inc., River Region Human Services, Inc., Tribridge Residential, State of Georgia, Orange County Healthy Start Coalition, and Orange County Sheriff's Office.
