Christy Neher is a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health care industry. Her areas of expertise include post-trauma treatment, adolescent therapy, clinical supervision, and dual diagnosis. Neher holds an MA and MS in counseling and human sciences from Our Lady of the Lake University and a BA in psychology from The University of Texas at Dallas. She started her career as a service coordinator for the Home and Community-Based Services Program at LifePath Systems and has since worked for the Dallas County Community College District as a rehabilitation specialist, instructor, advisor, and counselor. Before she launched her practice, Neher was a professional counselor at The Family Place and an international student advisor and social science instructor at North Lake College. Today, Neher's practice has locations in Dallas and Keller, TX.
