Christopher Wunderlich is an experienced professional with over 30 years of expertise in sustainable development and agriculture.
Currently serving as an independent consultant, Christopher focuses on sustainable agriculture issues and is the Director of Association Agrofuturo Global.
He is actively involved in leading initiatives such as the development of Living Income (LI) in the International Coffee Organization sector strategy as part of the work with the Sustainable Food Lab.
Christopher supports the programs of the Sustainable Commodity Initiative (SCI), a UNCTAD program promoting sustainable production and trade through market-based sustainable standards programs and partnerships.
With a background in environmental sciences and international development technologies, Christopher has previously held roles such as the director of an environmental education program in Guatemala, network coordinator for the Sustainable Agriculture Network, and economic analyst for UNCTAD.
His extensive experience includes introducing the FairTrade label into Spain, conducting consulting projects for organizations like the World Bank and Technoserve, and providing strategic support on sustainability to various industry groups.
Christopher Wunderlich holds a Master's degree in Environmental Sciences with a focus on international development technologies and is based in Barcelona, Spain, and Costa Rica.
