Christopher Starr

Christopher Starr is a highly qualified professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in civil engineering and leadership roles.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on General Management from Tennessee Technological University, a Master of Science (MS) in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, as well as another MS in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. He also completed his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and has further studies from the University of Tennessee Space Institute.

With a rich professional history, Christopher has served in various capacities at the Tennessee Department of Transportation, including as a Civil Engineering Manager 1, Operations District Supervisor, and Operations District Specialist. Prior to that, he had valuable experience in the U.S. Army Reserves as Military Police, at Walter Davidson and Associates as a Drafter, and at Burger King as a Shift Leader.
