Christopher Savino

Christopher Savino is a well-known personality in the world of commercial real estate. With close to 15 years of experience under his belt, he has been dedicated to helping his clients create, manage, and preserve their real estate wealth. At Equity Investment Services (EIS), a full-service commercial real estate investment advisory company based in Orlando, Florida, he is the President and responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. His mission is to help clients maximize their property's value through the acquisition, stabilization, and exit process. With a varied background in commercial real estate including investment sales, leasing, property management, development, loan workouts, and court-appointed receiverships, Christopher is always looking to help others grow beyond what they believed was possible.

A graduate of UCF College of Business, where he studied finance, Christopher is actively involved with several charitable organizations in Central Florida and encourages his team members to give back as well. Under his leadership, EIS donates 1% of its annual profit to charity.

In addition to his role at EIS, Christopher is also running three different real estate related companies, all of which are increasing the value that they provide their clients. As a former Managing Director at Equity Investment Services and Agent at Marcus & Millichap, his wide-ranging experience in the industry has helped him gain a reputation as a trusted and respected professional.
