Christopher Rios is a highly experienced professional with over 25 years of expertise in Hospitality and Executive Search, currently serving as the Chief Experience Officer and Founding Member of Blue Rock Search.

With a background encompassing 15+ years of executive chef experience in the hospitality industry, Chris has transitioned into recruiting executive and senior-level talent within Customer Experience, HR, and Hospitality sectors for over a decade.

In his role as CXO, Chris leads the retained CX Executive Search Practice at Blue Rock Search, specializing in recruiting CX leaders and teams across various Experience Disciplines such as Patient, Digital, User, and Employee Experience, as well as Customer Success, Care & Support, Contact/Call Centers, and Insights and Analytics.

Lauderdale, Salmon River, and Ideya.
