Throughout his career, Norman has held many leadership positions at notable organizations, such as Accion Systems Inc., Cyphy Works, and Mechatron. As Vice President of Operations and Engineering, he maximized Accion Systems' productivity and growth potential. As Chief Technology Officer and President of Mechatron, he oversaw the company's technical operations and played a pivotal role in enhancing its client base. Norman has also worked in various engineering and project management roles at Irobot and Oao Robotics.
