Christopher Monoki is an accomplished investment manager, business analyst, and equity research analyst. He is an expert in portfolio risk assessment, hedging, and quantitative analysis, with vast experience managing taxable and tax-exempt investment portfolios. Monoki has developed several proprietary models to optimize portfolio performance based on advanced statistical analysis and quantitative analysis techniques. He is a graduate of The George Washington University with a BBA in Finance and has also completed certificate programs in Asset Management and Private Equity from The Wharton School and Columbia Business School, respectively. Monoki is the Founder and President of Reconnaissance Capital, LLC, and previously held roles as Managing Director, Fund Manager at Castlemaine Partners, LLC, and Portfolio Manager, Director of Research at Ayrshire Associates, Inc.

Monoki is known for his effective communication skills and emotional intelligence, making him an excellent collaborator and manager. His accomplishments include being a Guest of Honor and Keynote Speaker at The George Washington University's 2018 Master of Science in Finance graduating class and being featured in the Marine Corps Museum for stepping away from his career path to enlist after 9-11. He also received the Navy Achievement Medal for Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2008.
