Christopher Mathey is a seasoned business development and consulting leader with in-depth expertise in the renewable energy industry. With a profound understanding of the sector, he has a track record of driving innovation and transformation amidst the industry's evolving landscape. Christopher's career spans both government and private-sector roles, where he has navigated challenges such as changing regulations, pricing fluctuations, and emission reductions. Presently serving as Senior Director at the Renewable Energy Buyers Alliance (REBA), he spearheads the organization's strategic initiatives, including the establishment of the REBA Institute aimed at promoting a resilient, zero-carbon economy. His accomplishments also include leading the Buyers Policy Team to influence clean energy policies nationwide and collaborating with Federal stakeholders to shape policy decisions. Christopher's skill set encompasses stakeholder engagement, policy development, sustainability initiatives, and team development, among others. His educational background includes an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and a B.S. in Political Science from Clemson University.
