I lead the SMB Clinical Strategy team, supporting both the Vault Clinical Operations (eTMF, CTMS, SSU, Payments, and Site Connect) suite. Our team is focused on supporting business development/customer-adoption initiatives and partnering with Veeva’s product and services team to continually evolve our solutions for our SMB customers. I am responsible for identifying the optimal go-to-market strategy and then refining and delivering our market-specific product messaging so that customers and prospects are educated on the innovative features of our clinical suite.
