Chris Ladd is a well-educated executive with a diverse background in business administration, strategy and finance. With a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and a Master's in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin, Ladd has a strong educational foundation. Before becoming a Partner at NewRoad Capital Partners, he worked as an Associate at KSL CAPITAL PARTNERS INTERNATIONAL and TPG Global, where he helped manage corporate strategy and finance. From there, he became Senior Manager II, Corporate Development, Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions at Walmart, where he honed his skills in mergers and acquisitions. Today, Ladd has several Board Observer and Member positions at companies like QUINN, Engage3 and Big Elk Energy Systems, LLC, to name a few. With a robust background in strategy, finance, and corporate development, Ladd brings an analytical and creative touch to his work while still maintaining a friendly and professional disposition.
