Christopher L. Adams, a seasoned professional with a BS in structural engineering from Marquette University, brings over 20 years of experience to his role as the leader of Dominion Properties' development team.

As a driving force in the integration of new real estate technology, Christopher oversees all major renovation and new construction projects within Dominion Properties, with a keen focus on sustainability, wellness, and innovative building practices.

His dedication to restoring historic homes is evident through his personal restoration of three historic homes in Milwaukee, earning him prestigious awards such as the "Cream of the Cream City" award from the Historic Preservation Commission of the City of Milwaukee.

Of notable achievements are Christopher's development of two LEED Platinum multifamily buildings and a LEED Gold boutique hotel in southeastern Wisconsin.

Currently, Christopher and the Dominion Properties team are working on transforming the former Zahn's Department store in Racine, WI, into an 80-room boutique hotel with a pending LEED Gold certification, showcasing a commitment to sustainable real estate development.
