Christopher Hunn is an accomplished professional with over 10 years of experience in computer science education and advising with a focus on creating inclusive and engaging learning environments.
Currently serving as the faculty director of instruction at UC Berkeley, Christopher oversees course delivery and academic support for the largest major on campus, promoting equity and excellence in STEM education.
With a background in Honours M.Sc. in Neuroscience from King's College London, Christopher has also studied Leadership in Educational Equity at UC Berkeley, Biological Sciences Education at Cal State East Bay, and Cognitive Science at UC Berkeley.
His roles have included being the director of undergraduate instruction and undergraduate affairs in computer science at UC Berkeley, as well as serving in various advisory and teaching positions within the academic community.
Christopher leverages his teaching, research, and data analysis skills to enhance the quality of computer science programs, foster inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation, and empower students to achieve their academic and career goals.
