Christopher Hanes is a seasoned Customer Experience (CX) expert and a proficient learning & talent development professional with a rich background of over 20 years. He has demonstrated his ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with a keen focus on enhancing the learning experience for modern learners while meeting businesses' needs. Christopher has held various leadership roles where he excelled in training and development, learning and performance consulting, instructional systems design, learning analytics, assessment, evaluation, program and project management, and Experience Management (XM). Throughout his career, Christopher has held significant positions such as Vice President of Experience Management, Director of Experience Management, and Learning and Performance Solutions Architect at Global Knowledge. He also co-founded, partnered, and served as the Chief Learning Officer at Plaid, LLC. Additionally, he has a background as the Director of Training and Development at Phi Kappa Sigma and previous roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as Branch Rental Manager, Assistant Manager, and Management Trainee. Moreover, he has contributed as a Learning and Performance Consultant and Program Manager at Phi Kappa Sigma.
