Christopher Gingras is a highly experienced compliance and business ethics expert with over two decades of experience in the field. He has worked with some of the most reputed organizations in the life sciences industry, with his expertise in resolving complex regulatory issues and developing global compliance programs that effectively minimize business risk. Gingras has a degree in MBA, Business from Rice University, and BA, Political Science from the University of New Hampshire. Moreover, he has completed a Certificate in Graduate Certificate in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Law & Compliance from Seton Hall Law School and a Diploma in the College of Naval Command and Staff College of Distance Education, Joint Professional Military Education Phase 1 from the US Naval War College.

Prior to this, he served as a Former Lieutenant Commander - Medical Service Corps Officer at US Navy Reserve, Senior Director of Corporate Compliance & Internal Audit at RTI Surgical, Vice President Healthcare Compliance and Business Ethics at MCRA, and has worked as Manager at Ernst & Young and Claims Auditor at Oxford HealthCare. He also served in the Massachusetts Air National Guard and as Firefighter at Somers Fire Department.
