Christopher Frigon is an accomplished attorney and founding partner of New York City-based boutique law firm, Frigon Maher & Stern LLP. He has over a decade of experience in corporate, securities, and cross-border law, specializing in private equity, VC-backed financings, entrepreneurship, and executive management. He has advised private investment firms and emerging growth companies, acting as an outside GC and consulting on hedge fund succession planning. Frigon began his legal career as a senior corporate associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he spent eight years before launching his own venture. He is a member of several professional organizations and has served as an Advisor at Earth First Capital and as Corporate Secretary and Member of the Board at Adjuvance Technologies, Inc.

Education-wise, Christopher Frigon has a J.D. in Law from New York University and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Outside of his profession, Frigon is an avid surfer and often travels to remote areas of Indonesia to surf.
