Christopher Esper

Christopher Esper is a prominent architect and the Principal at Root Architects, a boutique architectural design firm based in El Paso, Texas. He is a registered architect with a strong academic background, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Texas Tech University and a Master of Architecture from Harvard University.12

Esper began his professional career in New York City with ODA Architecture before moving to Singapore in 2016 to work with SCDA Architects, where he focused on mixed-use projects in the housing and hospitality sectors.12 In 2018, he returned to El Paso and joined Root Architects, contributing to the firm’s mission of revitalizing the city's historic fabric through innovative design solutions.123

In addition to his role at Root Architects, Esper serves as the Vice President of Stem Construction, which is closely associated with Root Architects.
