Working exclusively with institutions, private equity investors and high net worth individuals, my team and I provide brokerage services, focusing on business development, execution strategies, and advisory services.   

Since 2006, I have participated in the sale of over $ One Billion of multi-family properties. I bring to the table expertise in both Market Rate and Tax Credit Markets (Low-Income and Historic) and years of experience in the syndication of tax credits and other arbitrages.  Using this knowledge, I have participated as a speaker and panelist at both local and national industry conferences.
