Christopher Borders is a highly experienced business lawyer, litigator and entrepreneur specializing in technology licensing and agreements, blockchain and cryptocurrency development, data privacy, and security. He is an IAPP-certified CIPP/US with a wide range of expertise in business formation and investment, strategic legal and business analysis, and operations, intellectual property, and vendor, supplier, and strategic partner relationships. He graduated with a BA, High Honors from the University of California, Berkeley, and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Davis.
