Development and Integrity Engineer at IGas Energy plc

Welton Gathering Centre Tank conversion project. Converts a 10,000 bbl EFR tank to a produced water import tank. New multi-destination tanker offloading pump facility.

Welton C waterflood project. Complete design responsibility. Includes desanding cyclones and  filtering (0.5 year).

Welton Gathering Centre. Generator upgrade project. Responsibility mainly related to assessing gas quality and quantity to ensure that selected generator would perform adequately post derating.  (0.25 year)

Scampton North waterflood project. This included RTP underground pipelines and small scale gathering centre design (pig traps, gas boilers, S&T exchanger, 3-phase separator, associated gas control). Project also included produced water clean up (oil and TSS removal) for reinjection and PW tanker loading/unloading.  Fully responsible for design from FEED to commissioning spanning all disciplines (process, civil, mechanical, piping, I&C, procurement, project/construction/commissioning management and budget control). (1.5 year).

Albury onshore gas field development. This included gas to wire (1 MW generator) and gas to grid  (1.2 mmscf/d). Responsible for HCDP and WDP process design and system commissioning. (1 year).

Continual responsibilities at IGas (supporting existing operations)
o	Troubleshooting, commissioning, optimisation.
o	Documentation upgrades for multiple sites (>10). Including full P&ID creation and updates of HAC, C&E, LO/LC, Site plans and site layouts
o	Participation and resolution of safety actions 
o	Compliance with Control of Major Accident Hazard (COMAH) requirements.
o	Assistance in creation of small scale planning permission layouts (normally within Permitted Development rights).

-Brownfields assistance for Conoco Philips Theddethorpe dewpointing upgrade (0.25 year)
- Gathering Centre and utility design for Kuwait Oil Company (Gathering Centre 32 [GC-32] and Jurassic Gas Facility [JGF-1]) (2.5 years)
-Commissioning support for Halder Topsoe Sulphuric Acid plant for Conoco Phillips (0.25 year)
-Interface Management for Sadara (Saudi Aramco and Dow chemicals) for 2.5 years

Projective

Process Design and Fired Heater engineering.

Process Speciality Engineer

Responsibility were mainly R&D in IsaMillls and HPGR'S (High Pressure Grinding Rolls). Completed a significant amount on internal training and development. Presented two papers at international conferences on behalf of Anglo Platinum on HPGR's and IsaMilling respectively.
