Christopher Altizer

Christopher Altizer is a highly-motivated undergraduate student at Harvard College, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in History and Science with a focus on Environmental Science and Public Policy.

His academic interests revolve around science education and community responses to climate change, aiming to enhance public understanding of environmental issues.

With a background in various roles at Harvard University and the City of Newark, including internships, financial aid recruitment, and community engagement, Altizer is well-versed in community building and serving others.

Having experience as a Mindich Fellow at the Environmental Defense Fund in the Asia-Pacific Fisheries department, Altizer has a well-rounded understanding of environmental conservation and policy.

With a vision of attending graduate school in the future, Altizer aims to further contribute to societal responses to environmental challenges and promote sustainable practices.
