Christophe Leyssieux

Christophe Leyssieux is a Renewable Energy Business Development Executive with vast experience in project origination, market entry analysis, greenfield project development, acquisition of ready-to-build projects, and project finance.

With 15 years of expertise in structuring LT industrial projects, including manufacturing and renewable energy, Christophe has spent 11 years specializing in business development and deal structuring for solar projects ranging from 10 to 100 MW.

He is multilingual, fluent in English, French, Spanish, German, and Italian. Christophe has a solid track record in developing solar projects across various markets, including EMEA, Africa, LatAm, and Italy, both in emerging and OECD regions.

His skill set includes Solar & Wind Power Plants, Business Development, mergers & acquisitions, entrepreneurship, project acquisition contracts, due diligence, negotiation of EPC, O&M and asset management agreements, project financing, financial modeling, and market entry strategy.

Christophe Leyssieux holds an MBA from INSEAD, participated in an international exchange program at The University of Texas at Austin, and studied at ESCP Europe.

He has held key positions in reputable organizations, serving as the Head of Project Development and of PPA's at Greencells Group, Senior Business Development Consultant at Equinor, and Business Development Executive at ERC Consulting. Additionally, he was the Head of Business Development (Italy) at Sonnedix Solar, Business Development Manager at Silver Ridge Power, and Supply & Partnership Manager at Airbus Helicopters, Inc.
