Christoph Klein is the Director of Process, Digital Strategy & Solutions at the World Economic Forum (WEF). Before joining the WEF, Klein held various significant positions, including Project Director at Nedbank, where he focused on project finance in the telecommunications sector, and Partner at Detecon, the consulting arm of Deutsche Telekom AG. There, he led numerous corporate finance projects and gained extensive experience in due diligence, business case modeling, and M&A projects across the globe.12

Klein's educational background includes a degree in economics from a German university, and he has also served as CFO for a telecommunications operator in Bolivia, further enhancing his operational expertise in the sector.13
