Christoph Kettel is a seasoned professional with over ten years of management experience in international Real Estate Appraisal within the financial industry and more than 25 years in the field overall.

He has been a certified appraiser by HypZert since 1999 and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2005.

With a background in Diplom/Master studies of Land Surveying from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Christoph has held key positions in prestigious organizations like ING, Eurohypo, Rheinhyp, and more.

Throughout his career, Christoph has demonstrated a keen interest in driving innovation in Real Estate through his management expertise and commitment to designing new development approaches.

His most recent roles include Director - Head of Property and Valuation at ING and Initiative Lead Real Estate, London Lab at ING.
