She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and English from the University of California, Los Angeles, a Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Maryland, and a Master's Degree in Public Mental Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Christine also completed a certificate program in Mental Health Policy, Economics, and Services at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
