Christine Diltz (Olson) holds a BSN and is a registered nurse with a specialization in Neonatal and Pediatric Critical Care.

With a background in leadership, innovation, and communication, she has built a successful career in NICU nursing and as a travel nurse, playing a key role in shaping the travel nurse community.

Christine is known for providing guidance and mentorship to those entering the travel nursing industry, ensuring a smooth transition and a fulfilling experience.

She is the founder and CEO of NurseRX LLC, a company dedicated to enhancing healthcare through system improvements, consulting, and mentoring, focusing on facilitating staff nurses' transition to travel nursing.

Christine is actively seeking partnerships with organizations to effect positive changes in healthcare systems and culture.

She pursued her EMBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.

Throughout her career, she has held roles such as Travel Registered Nurse at Trusted Health, Children's Hospital Los Angeles, and Medical Solutions, as well as positions in Nicu RN, ED RN, Pediatric Registered Nurse, and Emergency Room Nurse at various healthcare facilities.
