Christine Cress is a seasoned professional with a passion for connecting people. She is a coach, speaker, and facilitator with over 15 years of experience in workforce and leadership development. Cress has extensive educational achievements, including a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Organizational Communication from California State University-Sacramento, an Executive Certificate in Applied Neuroleadership, Psychology, and Neuroscience from Pepperdine University, and a Certificate in Organization Development, Organization Development Consulting from the National Training Laboratory (NTL). Additionally, she studied at the prestigious Graduate School of Business, Interpersonal Dynamics Facilitator Training Program at Stanford University, a role she still holds as a facilitator and reading coach.

Cress's experience is diverse, and she has held several leadership positions throughout her career, including Director of Learning and Organization Effectiveness and Director of Nurse Workforce and Leadership Development at Sutter Health.
