Christine Appleby

Christine Appleby started her career as a professional classical ballerina trained by the Royal Academy. She has performed with top dance companies nationally and internationally. Transitioning into classical acting training in Speech and drama, she became an expert Shakespeare practitioner. Over 25 years ago, Christine established Say Two Productions Ltd, which gained recognition on the BBC and expanded its reach globally. In the business world, she founded Creative Communications Skills Ltd, offering training workshops on Public speaking and presentation skills, with a focus on accreditation qualifications for businesses. Her work with Say Two Productions took her to Milan with the BBC to film 'Romeo and Juliet', showcasing her theatrical expertise. As a lecturer at UCLAN, Christine imparts her knowledge in public speaking, communication skills, and spoken English to students pursuing business and entrepreneurial leadership. Additionally, through Evermore Productions Ltd, she collaborates with the British Film Council, specializing in creating premium corporate films and managing corporate events. Inspired by personal experiences, Christine founded BNL Nutrition to share her expertise in nutrition, advising groups and individuals on diet management and supplements.
