Christina Whiteus
Christina Whiteus is a neuroscience Ph.D. holder from Northwestern University with a background in neurobiology and optical microscopy. She also holds an IB diploma from the American International School of Vienna, which allowed her to participate in a 1-year abroad program in Madrid, Spain. She has been a Senior Manager CNS Search and Evaluation at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, where she led teams that looked for novel central nervous system treatments. She has also been a Medical Science Liaison, Movement Disorders and Psychiatry, and Senior Medical Science Liaison, Sleep at Teva and Jazz Pharmaceuticals, respectively. Her professional background includes experiences as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Yale University School of Medicine, a Neuroscience Issue Editor at Yale Journal of Biology and Medicine, and a Student and Teaching Assistant at the Marine Biological Laboratory.
Aside from her professional work, Christina also volunteered as an Interpreter at Haven Free Clinic.
