Christina Madsen

Christina Madsen is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background in social media, community building, networking, and diversity & inclusion.

She is the Founder & CEO of FindSpark and the Founder of YourCatBackpack. Additionally, she serves as an Adjunct Professor.

Christina's educational journey includes obtaining a High School Diploma from The Spence School, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Barnard College, and studying Italian Art History at the University of Pennsylvania as part of the Penn in Florence Study Abroad Program.

She has held several roles at L'Oréal, including Senior Manager in Culture, People Development & Learning. Prior to this, she served in various managerial and analytical positions within the Learning & Development department at L'Oréal.

Christina Madsen has also contributed to FindSpark, Her Campus Media, and Hukkster in editorial, community management, and marketing capacities.
