She holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and has held various leadership positions in companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Nerdwallet, and The Pill Club.

LaMontagne's expertise lies in healthcare business and corporate development, product management, and venture capitalism. She has also invested in notable digital health startups like Cerebral, Curology, and Kit as a part of First Round Capital's Angel Track.

As a co-founder and CEO of Clarity Health Lab, her current mission is to provide more consumer-friendly and efficient healthcare. She is also a former member of the board of directors of Clarify Medical.
