Christina Cheang is a seasoned M&A professional with over 14 years of experience, specializing in financial due diligence, particularly within the media and gaming sectors.
Her expertise lies in handling mergers and acquisitions in the Asia Pacific region, focusing on countries such as China, India, Vietnam, and Indonesia. Currently, she is actively involved in end-to-end M&A activities at Sea Group.
Prior to her role at Sea Group, Christina worked with WPP, a global leader in marketing communications, in their Transaction Services team. She has also served at Alvarez & Marsal Transaction Services and held positions in Transaction Services and Audit at Deloitte Singapore.
With a keen interest in M&A, corporate development, and corporate transactions, Christina is a CPA Singapore and a member of ACCA, showcasing her proficiency in Chinese.
Her educational background includes studying Accountancy and Accounting at ACCA, as well as Accountancy at Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
