In her role as the Inside Sales Team Manager at Fleet Complete, she focuses on refining processes, coaching her team, and engaging key stakeholders such as the Marketing and Sales Management departments to drive the growth of Fleet Complete's customer base. Her efforts result in the timely attainment of Fleet Complete's set objectives.

She oversees the Inside Sales Team activities, including managing customer and prospect interactions, generating qualified leads, setting sales appointments, and following up on inquiries through various channels. Christien collaborates with the Marketing department to determine target audiences and prioritize outreach efforts. Additionally, she leads the Tenderdesk, handling (European) tenders for Fleet Complete's locations in the Netherlands and Belgium, catering to Dutch and French-speaking markets.
